Hongkiat is self described as a design webblog dedicated to designers and bloggers and constantly publishes useful tricks, tool, tutorials and inspirational artwork. However, there is one blog which they have written and posted to, I believe, 64 or more different blog websites. The article entitled “30+ High Quality Metallic Texture, Pattern, Brushes and Photoshop Tutorials” contains vast amounts of resources from deviantART stock artists. While the blog does link back to the original resource on deviantART and includes the name of the owner, it does not mention anything about how different stock artists have terms and conditions fo
